For the most authentic yum cha experience, this tea house is not to be missed. When you walk in, do not wait for service, try to find seating along the busy tables – you will most likely have to share a table with other guests. Once seated, you will be served some tea. Like traditional yum cha restaurants, the food is presented in trolleys. However, instead of the trolleys coming to you, as soon as a full trolley appears out of the kitchen, a sea of people will rush over with their food cards to grab what they need. It can take some getting used to, but the experience is well worth it.
