City: Sydney, Australia Location: Sydney CBD Cuisine: Malaysian
This restaurant opened its doors just before Christmas 2014. Since then, its prices have actually reduced – possibly due to the lower than expected demand. This is not surprising after my visit. We had ordered 3 dishes, but the grilled stingray never arrived (in the 45 minutes we waited) so we had to cancel. The laksa was good, but not the best. After all the hype and excitement, and the links to Mamak (possibly the most popular restaurant in Sydney CBD in terms of queue times), it was disappointing.
Curry Laksa – $11
Assam Laksa – $11
